Thesis Project
Noctalgia was my thesis project centered around the topic of light pollution. In my thesis book, I went into what light pollution is, what causes it, how dire the situation is, and the ways that light pollution causes harm to both humans and the environment.
My first deliverable is a physical brochure targettting homeowners and renters about very simple solutions that could be made in order to midigate the amount of light pollution they produce.
My second deliverable is a series of seasonal mailers designed to be sent to certain demographics who would be in range of certain ecological events (Migration, Turtle Hatching, etc). In this mailer, it goes over what ecological event is currently happening around them, how light pollution hinders it, and what the best solliution in?
